This agreement may be updated by Qixin at any time according to changes in laws, regulations and policies or other reasonable reasons. 2. Statement of Rights

This agreement does not involve the transfer of the product and its affiliated and related intellectual property rights. The product and its affiliated and related intellectual property rights (including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc. of this product) are owned by Qixin.

If you (user) violate this agreement, interfere with the normal operation of Qixin, violate the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties and other bad behaviors, Qixin has the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw the right to use your account at any time, and Qixin reserves all rights of interpretation.

3. Services and usage specifications provided by Qixin

3.1. Account usage specifications

3.1.1 Before using this service, you need to register a Qixin account. The Qixin account can be registered through a mobile phone number and an email account. The details are subject to the display on the product page.

3.1.2 Qixin has the right to change the method of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs.

3.1.3 The ownership of the Qixin account is owned by Qixin Company. After the user completes the application and registration procedures, he only obtains the right to use the Qixin account, and the right to use only belongs to the initial application registrant. At the same time, the initial application registrant shall not donate, borrow, lease, transfer or sell the Qixin account, or otherwise permit non-initial application registrants to use the Qixin account. Non-initial application registrants shall not use the Qixin account by gift, inheritance, lease, assignment or any other means.

3.1.4 The user is responsible for keeping the registered account information and account password safe, and the user needs to take legal responsibility for the behavior under the registered account and password. The user agrees not to disclose account and password information to others under any circumstances. When you suspect that others are using your account, you should notify Qixin immediately. If you use an existing Qixin account to assist in registering a new Qixin account, Qixin may require you to use the aforementioned "existing Qixin account" to perform related auxiliary operations, including but not limited to auxiliary operations for the purpose of ensuring the security of your account. 3.2. Car modification and maintenance rights and specifications

3.2.3 Reservation of rights: All other rights not expressly authorized in this agreement are owned by Qixin. When you use other rights, you must obtain the written consent of Qixin.

3.2.4 You are responsible for the loss directly or indirectly caused to you or others due to your non-compliant use of the product guidelines. Qixin is not responsible for this. 3.2.4.7 Use the function of this product on the modified parts.

3.2.4.8 Other acts that directly or indirectly lead to the loss of Qixin.

3.2.5 You use Qixin products to personalize the vehicle, completely out of your own initiative. Qixin does not recommend any modification to the vehicle, because it may cause safety hazards or not comply with laws and regulations. You shall be responsible for the loss of you and others as a result of illegal modification, including but not limited to the following behaviors:

3.2.5.1 Modifying the seat belt reminder time, or even turning off the seat belt reminder, may lead to major safety hazards;

3.2.5.2 Modifying the driving can play video, which may lead to distracted driving and accidents;

3.2.5.3 Modifying the door to open the door does not interrupt the lifting and lowering of the windows, which may result in pinching injuries.

3.2.5.4 Modifying the internal circulation of the air conditioner without interruption may cause a risk of suffocation.

3.2.5.5 Modifying the memory automatic start-stop status, startup screen, ambient lighting, etc., may cause driver distraction.

If the contents of this agreement on personal information protection conflict with the above-mentioned "Privacy Protection Policy", and this agreement does not clearly stipulate the relevant contents of personal information protection, the "Privacy Protection Policy" shall prevail.

4.2. Qixin will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Except for the circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, Qixin will not disclose or disclose your personal information to third parties without the user's permission. 7. Other terms

7.2. The partial or total invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

7.3. This agreement applies to the relationship between Qixin and the customer who purchases this product. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any disputes or disputes arise between you and Qixin, you should first resolve them through friendly negotiation.
